How we work
We start with your activity, because it decides most of what follows: which route is open to you, how much of the company you can own, which approvals you need and what the government fees will be. Once that is clear, we prepare the documents in the order the authorities ask for them and guide you through each step on the Single Window and with the ministries.
The facts on our pages come from official Qatar sources, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Single Window, the Al Meezan legal portal and the General Tax Authority. Each page lists its sources and the date we last checked them, and it is read against those sources before it goes live. When a rule changes, we update the page and the date.
Some questions need a lawyer or an accountant, for example how the foreign ownership rules apply to one activity, or a specific tax position. When that is the case, we say so.
