Business Advisory Services in Qatar
Business advisory services in Qatar cover the big decisions in a company’s life. Before set-up, that means the activity, the route and whether the idea pays. Later it means strategy, the market and how the work runs. We advise and prepare the documents, and the decisions stay with you.

How the advisory services fit together, followed through one example
A physiotherapist with eight years in a hospital wants her own clinic in Al Waab.
- Business consulting
In March 2027 she has savings, a name she likes and no CR. The first week goes on the activity, the route and the legal form.
- Feasibility study
The report says go, change or stop; here it says go, but with a smaller first unit. The study means a count of the households and offices within a short drive, a fit-out quote per square metre, two therapists’ salaries, the rent and the licence fee.
- Business plan for the loan
A loan brings in QDB. The bank wants a feasibility study with each direct financing application, and its Feasibility Study Assessment measures studies and plans against QDB’s own minimum requirements; her plan is written to that list.
- Market research and strategy
By 2030 she has a partner, the evening slots are booked out, and the two of them are split over opening in Lusail. Research on the Lusail market and a written strategy settle it.
- Operational efficiency
The receptionist, meanwhile, spends every Thursday afternoon on paperwork, which is a job for an operational efficiency review.

Common questions about business advisory in Qatar
What are business advisory services?
Someone from outside the company who helps the owners decide, and does the legwork behind the decision: the research, the figures and the documents. Each kind of advisory work we do has its own page on this site. Where an authority or programme is involved, it still makes its own call.
Do I need a feasibility study in Qatar?
Not by law for every business. Qatar Development Bank asks for one with direct financing applications, though, and for anyone risking their own savings it is how you find out in advance whether demand, costs and the licensing route add up.
Is there government support for startups in Qatar?
Yes. Startup Qatar, an Invest Qatar initiative, lists them. QDB has incubators of its own and provides the Startup Qatar Investment Program, with up to US$1.1 million for a startup launching here, paid out in tranches as milestones are met. Funding is never guaranteed.
