Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Noor Group receives through this website, why, who sees it and how long it is kept. In short: the site sets analytics cookies only if you press Accept, and the enquiry form does not send anything to us by itself. We receive your details only when you choose to send a message by WhatsApp, email or phone.
Who we are
This website is run by Noor Group, a business setup and corporate services firm in Qatar. Noor Group decides how the personal data described here is used, and is responsible for it. You can reach us through the details on our Contact page.
What we receive and how

Browsing the site does not give us your name or contact details. Like any website, the server that hosts it records standard technical information, such as the address of the device asking for a page, the browser and the time, which is used only to keep the site working and secure.
Analytics and cookies
If you press Accept on the cookie bar, the site loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They show us which pages are read, how visitors move between them and where a page is hard to use, so that we can improve it. If you press Decline, or make no choice, neither tool loads and no analytics cookie is set.

Neither tool receives the name, number or message you type into the enquiry form. Google and Microsoft process this data for us under their own terms and may store it outside Qatar.
Your choice is stored in your browser, so the bar does not return on every page. To change it, use Cookie settings at the foot of any page. If you decline after accepting, the analytics cookies are removed.

We do not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Who sees your data
Your messages are read by the Noor Group staff who handle your enquiry. WhatsApp, your phone network and the email providers carry the messages under their own terms. When you ask us to prepare an application, the documents and details it needs go to the government authority concerned, only for that application and with your knowledge. If you accept analytics cookies, Google and Microsoft process the visit data described above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. Records of work for clients are kept for as long as the law requires for that kind of record. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy gives you rights over your personal data.

To use any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on the request.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Inside Noor Group, only the people handling your enquiry or your work see your data. If a breach ever put your data at serious risk, we would tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles personal data, for example by adding another analytics tool, we update this policy first and change the date at the end of the page.
