Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use the Noor Group website. The site gives general information about setting up and running a business in Qatar, checked at official sources and dated. It is not legal, tax or financial advice for your case, and it does not replace the rules published by the authorities, which decide every application.

Information, not advice for your case

The guides and service pages explain rules, fees and steps in general terms. Every fact is taken from an official Qatar source, and each page shows when its sources were last checked. Rules and fees change, and your own activity, ownership and premises can change what applies to you, so check with us or the authority concerned before you act.

Authorities decide

Approvals

Ministries, authorities, banks and programmes decide on every application. We do not promise any approval or result.

Timings

Times shown are those the authorities publish. Your own case may take longer.

Government fees

Fees shown are official fees on the date checked. The authority’s own portal shows the amount you pay.

Our fees

Our own fees are agreed in a written quotation before any work starts.

Working with us

Contacting us through the site, by WhatsApp, phone or email, does not create a client relationship. That starts when we agree the scope and fees of the work with you in writing. What we do for you is set out in that agreement: we help you prepare documents and applications, and you or your authorised representative remain responsible for what is submitted.

The cost guide

The business setup cost page lists official government fees line by line, with their sources. It is a guide to plan with, not a quotation: rent, attestation, translation, visas and staff costs depend on your case, and our own fees are quoted separately.

Our content and photographs

The text and design of this site belong to Noor Group. You may quote short parts with a link to the page. The photographs are licensed from their photographers and credited on the image credits page; they may not be reused from this site.

Liability

We take care to keep the information accurate and dated, but we cannot be responsible for decisions made on the general information on this site without advice for your case. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that Qatari law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. We may update them when the site or our services change; the date at the end of the page shows the latest version. If you have a question about them, contact us through the Contact page.
